Call Transfer Executive Salary: £16,200 Position: Permanent

The Call Transfer Executive position is a multi-skilled role. Our agents deal with incoming calls from our various partners as well as making outbound calls to previous customers. As a Call Transfer Executive, you are required to ask a series of scripted questions and accurately record the customer’s responses to enable us to match the customer to the right companies. Acting as the customers first point of contact, you will be responsible for explaining our service and overcoming any objections in a professional and courteous manner.
