Who we are

Call Connection is the UK’s largest insurance lead generation business, providing telephone and online leads to many of the UK’s best insurance providers.

The company was established in 2004 by a management team with many years of insurance broking experience.

Based in a state-of-the-art call centre in Ipswich and employing over 200 call handling agents, Call Connection now trades with over 100 brokers and insurers in all areas of personal lines insurance and helps over 100,000 insurance shoppers each week.

In 2009 we launched an online service, Tiger.co.uk, providing web shoppers with car, bike, van and home insurance comparison services. Other comparison services for products such as breakdown cover and credit cards have subsequently been added to the site. We have also developed successful online comparison services for a number of other companies.

Our business is driven by our own proprietary call centre and online technology in order to provide great service both to insurance shoppers and to the insurance partners with whom we work.
