Call Connection is a technology based company. ISO9001:2008 TickIT certified we are committed to the continual improvement of software and its application within the business. Our systems have been developed in house, which facilitates rapid development and change capability when responding to stakeholder requirements.

InPhoSys is the telephony system that provides screen to the call centre and all associated support, including partner reporting (invoicing/call reports and call monitoring).

ComParaSys provides the aggregation platform for Tiger.co.uk and all our white label partner sites. 

All of our systems are supported internally with backup hardware so we have no dependance on third party suppliers to resolve technical problems.
