Pension

No one likes to think about getting old and retiring, unfortunately it is something that will happen to us all sooner or later. We realise that it is important for individuals to be able to provide for their retirement and so offer an optional contributory pension scheme to all our members of staff once they have completed 3 months service.

Health cover

 We recognise the importance of staff health and general wellbeing and the increasing costs of healthcare treatments. All staff are therefore entitled to the Company paid Simplyhealth Level One cash plan. 

The  Simplyhealth policy provides payments up to a set limit towards the full cost of everyday dental and optical treatments, as well as complementary therapies including accupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropody and health screening. 

Private Medical Insurance

 We also offer an optional Private Medical Insurance scheme to all staff.  This scheme is the next step on from the Simplyhealth cover we offer. If you join the scheme, the Company will contribute 50% of the single person's membership.

Transport 

Travelling to and from work can be expensive and, in the case of car parking, hard to find. Call Connection therefore offers discounted parking within the locality for those who drive and discounted annual bus passes for those who take public transport.

Life Assurance

 All staff are covered under our group Life Assurance policy. This policy will pay twice your annual salary to your nominated beneficiaries, should you die whilst in our employment. 

The Group Sickness and Accident Policy

Employees are automatically covered under this scheme once they have completed 3 months of probation.
