Steve Collis - IT Director

After completing an engineering apprenticeship with Ransomes Sims and Jefferies in Ipswich, Stephen developed a career within their IT Department, initially building a support PC network. Stephen’s focus moved to telecommunications integration, his most challenging was a complete contact centre solution developed with Direct Motorline. This solution was to become the foundation of Call Connection’s IT system.
