Call Connection is a UK based call handling and aggregation service. Based in the heart of Ipswich, Suffolk, we have grown substantially over 5 years of trading. We handle in excess of 100,000 customer enquiries a week (calls and hits) and pride ourselves on the exceptional service we provide to both business partners and insurance customers alike.

We employ over 350 staff, with a 250 seat call centre, occupying two buildings in the heart of Ipswich. Our call centre is open 6 days a week, supported by technology that has been developed in house. Meaning we have rapid change capability and are well placed to handle partner and customer needs.
